My Philosophy

I believe that learning is an experience. When creating a course it is important to understand that many individuals from different walks of life will be partaking in the lessons and it is important that my learning designs fit each of those individuals’ unique styles. Learning designs should allow for class participation, interaction among peers, and a variety of media to keep the classes not only informative, but interesting and fun. Courses are taught not by the instructor alone, but through each learner’s own unique experiences.​

I work directly with my clients, meeting them and their teams to better understand the culture of their business and their learners. I believe if I can make myself feel a part of their culture I can create an experience that better fits their brand and needs. These learning experiences will elevate the learners’ skills and willingness to learn, leading to the results that are being sought. I prefer to create a partnership with my clients and provide multiple moments throughout the design process in which they can partake in the creative process. I will remain with them once the first batch of results come in to help review and assist in any future adjustments to designs.
