Reference Tools

The above reference tools were created for a course taken while pursuing my Masters. These tools are for managers regarding Onboarding Retention and were created using the free Venngage online program.

The first image provides a brief overview of the differing tools the company utilizes in their feedback process. The second image shows the GROW model of coaching to assist managers in building relationships with their staff and helping them improve and build on their skills. ​

These were created as colorful and brief reminders that managers can pull out as quick references if need be.

Courses

Hospital Codes is a short course that overviews the emergency alerts used in a hospital setting. The goal is to teach new employees what each color code means and what they should do in the event one is call. Course makes use of flashcard features. At the end of the course there is a knowledge assessment. Built using Rise 360.

Breastfeeding 101 is a course covering major areas regarding breastfeeding in a short, simple format. The course includes links to support sites for additional information. It is to be utilized as a reference tool for new mothers. Course includes triggers leading to multiple pages and page layers. The home screen offers multiple links for easy access to specific pages within the course. Built using Articulate Storyline.

The above infographic was created using Canva and describes quick facts regarding Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP). This image was utilized in part with a BBP training course created for a client.
